We are currently hiring for the following positions:

CSR (Customer Service Representative) - Front Desk The CSR position entails many different and varied tasks. This position involves greeting & serving clients throughout their visit, distribution of bowling related materials (i.e. rental shoes, customer materials), working knowledge of appropriate departmental computer and cash systems, receiving payment for bowling games, rental shoes or other related activities such as financial transactions via cash, interact, visa, mastercard or authorized cheques, answering phone calls in a knowledgeable manner, promotion of in-house programs including distribution of promotional materials such as bowling or food related bounce back coupons, general cleaning activities, ability to work in a high volume environment while maintaining strict control - accurately ringing in all revenues, balancing cash and any and all requests of a reasonable nature.

DA (Departmental Assistant) The DA position involves cleaning of the interior and exterior of the facility, delivering food or non-alcoholic beverages to the appropriate area, set up and breakdown of league and banquet equipment, removal of bowling balls from the lanes after the open play or league groups have finished, assisting staff and customers with varied requests and any and all requests of a reasonable nature.

Bartender The Bartender position requires the ability to have excellent customer and staff relations, mixed drink knowledge, serving food, alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages to servers and clients, excellent mathematic skills, regular stocking and cleaning responsibilities, and the ability to work in a high volume environment while maintaining strict control of company product and revenues as well as any and all requests of a reasonable nature.

Food & Beverage Server The Food & Beverage Server involves serving food, non & alcoholic beverages to clients within the concourse, restaurant and bar areas, operation of point-of-sale system, presenting customer bills, receiving payment via cash, Interac, Visa or Mastercard, appropriate mathematics skills when returning change to a customer, balancing cash or a float, working independently or part of a group, setting and cleaning tables, general cleaning activities, appropriate sales techniques, outstanding customer service, and any and all requests of a reasonable nature.

Cook The cook position involves preparation of food whether ordered from the customer as a finished menu item product or in a preparatory form via chopping, thawing, weighing, portioning etc via company approved methods. Other duties include opening and closing the kitchen, routine cleaning whether it is dishes, restaurant equipment or flooring alerting the person responsible for ordering product(s) reach specified critical levels as well as any and all requests of a reasonable nature.

Security This position involves the observation as well as when necessary the physical intervention to dissolve situational conflicts involving staff, patron and company property safety as well as distributing promotional materials to clients, identification checks, assisting all departments when in need in whatever capacity required as well as any and all requests of a reasonable nature.

Mechanic The Mechanic position involves the general maintenance of bowling related equipment as well as any and all requests of a reasonable.
